3. What data we collect

Formularz kontaktowy

Full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), the subject of the enquiry and the message itself. You enter the data yourself and decide what you pass on to us.

Correspondence and calls

Data contained in e-mails and given during phone calls, to the extent needed to handle the matter. We do not record calls.

Technical data

During a visit to the site, standard server log data is recorded: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, date and time of the visit and the referring page address.

5. Retention period

Form enquiries and sales correspondence – 3 years from the last contact, in line with the general limitation period for claims.
Accounting documents – 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax obligation arose.
Data processed on the basis of consent – until that consent is withdrawn.
Server logs – in line with the hosting configuration.

6. Recipients of the data

The site, e-mail and the contact form run on our own infrastructure – the hosting and mail provider is WIDGET Monika Karolak, that is the data controller.

Beyond that, data may be passed to entities supporting our business, strictly to the extent needed to perform the commissioned service:

the accounting office and the law firm,
courier and postal companies – when shipping hardware or documents,
public authorities, where the obligation to disclose follows from the law.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. The site, mail and contact form run on our own infrastructure.

8. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data you have the right to:

access your data and obtain a copy of it,
rectify data that is incorrect or incomplete,
have data erased if we have no grounds for further processing,

port data processed on the basis of consent or a contract,
object to processing based on legitimate interest,
withdraw consent at any time – without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

You can submit a request to widget@widget.pl. If you believe we process data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

9. Providing data is voluntary

Providing data in the form is voluntary, but without an e-mail address or phone number we cannot reply to your enquiry. When a contract is concluded, providing identification and billing data is a requirement under tax law.

10. Profiling and automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing and we do not use profiling.

11. Pliki cookies

The site does not save cookies on your device. We use no analytics or advertising tools: there is no Google Analytics, no social pixels and no remarketing systems, we do not profile and we do not track users.

Because we collect no cookies, we do not ask for consent and do not display a cookie banner.

If we launch visit statistics or marketing tools in the future, a consent request will appear before they are switched on and this policy will be updated.

12. Zmiany polityki

We update the policy when the law or the way the site works changes. The current effective date is given at the top of the document.
